First important thing is that you can speak and read fluently either English or French if you come from Africa or Spanish & Portugease if you come from Latin America.
Typicaly you should include in your documents a Secondary School Leaving certificate.
Depending on the job you may have to perform an academic certificate also, for example for relevant positions in hotel industry it is a “passport” that will give you points.
Long term working experience in what you do, could also give you high points depending the position if you don’t have an academic degree.
Proffessions that needs licencing like for example an electrician, you must be able to perform with a licence.
Recommendations letters from third people and mainly previous employers may also play a significant role.
To apply for a job:
1. Passport containing at least two blank pages and issued within the previous decade. The validity period of the passport (or travel document) should exceed by three months the expiry date of the visa, that means at least 6 months from day of application. A valid passport at the day of application would be all right but when the visa time comes this is what it should be. If you are willing to apply and you don’t have a passport you can do it at first with your identity card, but soon then if you are chosen you ll have to issue a passport.
2. An analytical CV. Include at least one face and one body photo.
3. Secondary School or academic degrees or licences if are demanded.
When you get the working contract and have to issue the working visa:
1. Birth & family certificate translated into English and notarized.
2. If you are married and have childern birth & family certificates for all.
3. Travel insurance, valid for three months, which covers expenses that may arise in the event of repatriation for medical reasons, for emergency medical care and/or emergency hospital treatment.
4. Fully completed and signed long-stay visa application form, accompanied by a recent color photograph of the applicant.
5. Copy of criminal record certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs certifying the criminal status of the applicant.
6. A medical certificate from a recognized state body, from which it can be concluded that he does not suffer from a disease capable of posing a risk to public health, according to international data and the World Health Organization, as well as from other infectious, contagious or parasitic diseases, which require measures to be taken to protect public health.
7. In cases, other local documents may be demanded depending on local regislation.
Be analytical describing yourself,family, personality and skills as well as academic life and working experience.
Have in mind we usually check your working experience, so please be honest.
Include 1 face photo, 1 body photo, try your best ones.
Include recommmendations letters, as well as academic certificates.
Include a passport or an identity card copy.

After your visa is ready an airplane ticket to your destination is sent to you. In the mean time you receive all information about your job and about the destination country you are travelling to.
